The Wallstreet Journal today reported that Netflix and Nintendo are in early talks to make a Legend of Zelda TV show for streaming on Netflix.

Neither Netflix or NINTENDO has an official statement regarding this project so it maybe early in development.  The article states the idea is to make a Game of Torns that the entire family can watch. It is not known if this will be animated or live action or if link will be an child or adult. We have no clue on the potential time line or if it connects to the upcoming Wii U game or any other specific game.

I love The Legend of Zelda games so I'm excited but I have no clue to how this can be translated into episodic nature or how much budget it will have. We shall see how this works out as more details are released.
