Prepare for Chaos, Gunslugs 2 is coming to the eShop!

Doetinchem, 21 October 2015- Engine Software, a veteran independent game developer, and Orangepixel are ready to release the hectic action shooter Gunslugs 2 on the Nintendo eShop

Gunslugs 2 is the result of watching too many 80’s action-hero movies, cartoons, playing retro games, and triple-A block-buster console games.

The goal of the game is to defeat the Black Duck Army, the sworn enemy of the Gunslugs. But this time, they teamed up with aliens! Just like the previous Gunslugs game, the slugs have enough weaponry at their disposal to annihilate the enemy. For example: flamethrowers, tanks, guns and more.

But even with all those weapons, it is going to be a tough challenge to beat the Black Duck Army. Gunslugs 2 has scary bosses in which you need your full arsenal of weapons or clever solutions to beat them, and randomly generated levels.

Previously released on a range of platforms including smart devices, this is intense pixel-based action game that has the following feature-set for its 3DS version:

  • Seven worlds, 8 levels per world, end of level bosses
  • All levels randomly generated, no two games are the same
  • Story mode, and Arcade (highscore) mode
  • Daily challenges
  • Awesome 80's action hero soundtrack
  • Stereoscopic 3D visuals

On 22 October, the game will release in Europe and America and will be priced at €4,99/$4,99.
