3Dor2D.com Influencer Contract

I agree to go into a collaboration with Adolph Vega to become an influencer for 3DOR2D.COM. Adolph Vega is the owner of 3DOR2D.COM. Adolph Vega will provide merchandise to the influencer to review / discuss on their social media platform / website of their choice (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc). Adolph Vega currently is unable to provide payment to the potential influencer for their work. The influencer will receive a few products (2-5 items which may include: t-shirt, magnets, mugs, etc) for free. The products will vary in price. The influencer will not be knowledgeable of the items that they will receive. We want your live authentic reaction to be part of the video(s). The influencer will be able to keep the merchandise that they receive. The Influencer will not have to pay for shipping of the products that they receive. The influencer agrees to make and upload at least one short video (less than 10 minutes but more than 1 minute long) to promote the website based on their impressions of the merchandise that they have received. If the influencer wants to provide more than one video they are allowed to. Once the influencer receives all the merch, they will have 40 days to make and upload the video. Key Stipulations: After the 40 calendar days if the influencer fails to upload their reaction video, they will be required to pay 3DOR2D.COM a penalty of $250 via PayPal. If this fee is not paid, we reserve the right to sue the applicant for breach of this contract. The reaction video(s) must remain on the influencer’s social media / website for at least 30 calendar days after it has been uploaded. The merchandise that you will receive for your video may take one to four weeks to arrive. Some items may arrive together, and some items may arrive separately. Exclusions: This position is not available to current or previous staff members of 3DOR2D.COM. Furthermore, this position is not available for spouses (wife's or husband's) of current staff or previous staff members of 3DOR2D.COM. This position is not available for any current or previous patrons of 3DOR2D.com from https://www.patreon.com/3Dor2D. Conclusion: I understand that being at least 18 years old is a requirement for this role. By signing this document, I state that I am at least 18 years old. I understand that filling out this contract does not guarantee work. We will consider each influencer on their own merits, and Adolph Vega will decide if they are right for this role. This contract may be voided by Adolph Vega if any information provided by the applicant is proven to be untruthful or misleading. This contract maybe voided by Adolph Vega at any time if he thinks that you are not a great fit for the role. Our intent is to be as transparent as possible, and we hope and expect the same for any potential applicants. By signing this document, the individual understands and agrees upon the terms listed in this contract. This contract is signed willingly by the applicant and without any distress.
