13. Michael Jackson’s Thriller

Michael Jackson's Thriller music video (short film), directed by John Landis, is a groundbreaking fusion of music and cinematic storytelling that showcases Jackson's iconic dance moves amidst a spine-chilling narrative and vibrant zombie choreography. Released in 1983, this 14-minute visual masterpiece combines horror and pop culture, revolutionizing the music video industry and leaving a lasting legacy in the world of entertainment. The 3D version of Thriller released in 2018 to a select IMAX theaters. We won’t directly comment about the sexual allegations made against Michael Jackson, but he made thriller, and thriller is an all time classic.

Coraline receives re-release with remastered 3D - UPDATED

New poster for Coraline 2024 re-release

Coraline is re-released August 15th - 19th 2024 via Fathom Events.

The 3D is being remastered with this re-release. This announcement was made by Laika on X.

We updated this article to included the release date (was not previously known), and to include the new trailer from Laika, and to have the link to get tickets via Fathom events.

Coraline originally released in theaters in 2009, and has become a modern classic. Coraline is our #4 pick in our article: Top 13 3D Movies for Halloween. Coraline is a spooky movie that the entire family can enjoy.

Theatres that are showcasing this re-release may be extremely limited so please check your local listings in August.
